Welcome to Obligation Certified General Use Bulk Compost
Obligation Compost consists of composted horse manure, sawdust, and hay right from the farm. This is compost that is cooked for a year or more and makes a great slow release organic matter addition to your garden or landscaping. This product is regulated through the Maryland Department of Agriculture.
